Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MQL Solutions LLC, which operates LaunchedListing ("we," "us," "our"). By using our tools, sites, or products, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

LaunchedListing provides web-based software for real estate agents, including free tools, one-time products such as the Agent OS dashboard, and subscription products for listing marketing. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Access and accounts

Some products are delivered through a private link or login. You are responsible for keeping your access link and any credentials secure. A purchase grants access to the buyer, not to the public.

Payment, subscriptions, and refunds

• Prices are shown in US dollars and charged through Stripe.
• One-time products are a single charge. Subscription products renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time, and it will not renew again. There are no cancellation calls or retention hurdles.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of a charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without permission.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security.
• Misrepresent your identity or your right to list a property.

Your content and your responsibilities

You keep ownership of the listings, photos, descriptions, and other content you put into our tools. You are responsible for having the right to use that content, including property photos, and for complying with all laws and rules that apply to your work. That includes fair housing laws, your MLS and brokerage rules, and advertising regulations. Our tools are aids for your work, not legal, financial, or tax advice, and calculator outputs are estimates for planning only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything before you publish or send it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular result, including leads, sales, or income. Estimates produced by our calculators are not a substitute for figures from your title company, lender, accountant, or attorney.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MQL Solutions LLC from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or of any law.

Intellectual property

We own the software, brand, and site. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products you have paid for, for your own real estate business, while these terms are in effect.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or us. On termination, the license above ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless the law requires otherwise.
