LaunchedListing is a service of MQL Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your email address when you use a tool, start a trial, or buy.
• Your name when you make a purchase.
• Payment information, which is entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Anything you send us in a support message.

Information collected automatically

• Basic usage and device data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location from your IP) through privacy-conscious analytics.
• Essential cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies.

Information that stays on your device

Our Agent OS dashboard stores your listings, leads, and other entries in your own browser using local storage. That data is not uploaded to us and we cannot read it. Exporting a backup file is entirely under your control.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our tools and products.
• To process payments and deliver what you bought.
• To send you transactional messages (receipts, account and product updates) and, if you opt in, occasional marketing email. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under their own privacy terms:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Resend, for sending email.
• Vercel, for hosting.
• Our analytics provider, for aggregate usage.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies and analytics. If we add advertising pixels in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in it.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
• For Agent OS, you can export or clear your data yourself at any time, since it lives in your browser.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

Our products are for real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will give notice where appropriate.
